The culinary team will be led by Brendan McDonald, who sharpened his knives under Peter Botcher & Jack Riebel at Butcher & the Boar, and Sam Miller, who worked alongside Isaac Becker at Burch Steak House, Steven Brown at Tilia, and Tim McKee at Barrio.
