The Penthouse features a contemporary American Menu with bold global influences. Chef Meyer who draws inspiration from the foods of France, Spain and beyond, presents a menu utilizing seasonal ingredients sourced from the Santa Monica farmers markets combined with unique ingredients from across the globe. This innovative menu includes dishes such as Thyme and Honey Duck Breast, Brick Pressed Jidori Chicken, Sea Bass with Cannellini Bean Ragout, Premium Angus Beef. Available for private events.
