Proprietors James and Sandy Chen, two of the Farmington Valley’s top restaurateurs, designed a brilliant new contemporary steakhouse and wine bar located in the center of Granby, Connecticut.
This 170-seat, 4,000 sq. ft. venue caters to every guest’s need, featuring a full service bar, upstairs lounge, raw bar, and multiple dining areas including a three season patio. The bar features a discerning wine list selected by certified sommelier, Matthew Blumenfeld, as well as a wide array of martinis, specialty cocktails, and 10 craft beers on tap. Chef Dan Fortin’s menu offerings include steaks, seafood, and a raw bar with a variety of small plates.
