Our Oyster Bar features a variety of freshly shucked Oysters on the Half Shell, as well as Alaskan King Crab Legs, Shrimp Cocktail, and Island Ceviche. Popular seafood selections include Cedar Plank Salmon, Crab Stuffed Flounder and Kick Ass Sea Bass. Our steaks are dry-aged in-house for 14 days, and all desserts are scratch-made. To complement our menu, we feature an extensive, award-winning wine list, with over 40 varieties available by the glass. Our bar offers a number of Caribbean-inspired cocktails such as the Painkiller and the Dark & Stormy, as well as popular martinis and fresh lime juice margaritas.
